Jamie McAnsh

Inspiring People. Transforming Culture. Building Smarter Systems.

I’m Jamie McAnsh. An award-winning motivational speaker, consultant, and Head of Inclusion at Champions UK PLC.

In 2014, my life changed overnight when I woke paralysed from the waist down. Since then, I’ve rebuilt my life through resilience, sport, and storytelling, lessons I now share with organisations and audiences worldwide.

My work focuses on three core pillars: Motivational Speaking, Inclusive Leadership & AI, and Practical Consultancy Solutions. Together, they help leaders and teams build resilience, embrace inclusion, and harness innovation to drive sustainable growth.

In life, it’s not about how many times you fall; it’s about finding the strength within to rise each time. Jamie McAnsh’s journey is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. Through his experiences, he shows us that no matter the obstacles we face, the true victory lies in our ability to get back up and keep moving forward.

TEDx Talks

It was an extraordinary honour to share my journey on the TEDx stage, a platform I deeply respect. But what made the night truly unforgettable was that it also marked my wedding day. Standing there, newly married, sharing my life’s story of resilience and inclusion felt like the ultimate celebration of love and purpose intertwined.
