Entrepreneurial resilience and business transformation

A Room Full of Visionaries

I love working in an environment where entrepreneurial resilience and business transformation are valued. Last week, I had the privilege of joining Matt Bull and his incredible community at Action Coach as a guest motivational speaker. The room was filled with passionate entrepreneurs, all navigating their own journeys in business, many of whom faced the same hurdles, doubts, and defining moments that I vividly recall from my own early days.

As I stood before them, sharing my story of resilience, reinvention, and rebuilding, I felt an overwhelming sense of connection. These weren’t just business owners, they were visionaries, risk-takers, doers. And in so many ways, they reminded me of where I once stood: at the starting line, fuelled by belief and sheer determination, but unsure what the next day might bring.

The Birth of See No Bounds and Get Connected

It took me back to the launch of See No Bounds, when the world was upside down and small businesses were crying out for support during the uncertainty of COVID-19. What started as a membership organisation to help others feel less isolated soon evolved into something more. Get Connected, a network driven by human relationships, real value, and community.

This transition marked the beginning of my deeper understanding of entrepreneurial resilience and business transformation, as I witnessed firsthand how adaptability and community support could reshape the future of small businesses.

Business and Life: Two Sides of the Same Coin

Through that process, I learned just how similar the personal and professional journey can be. Life, business, and home don’t exist in neat, separate boxes. They overlap. They collide. And they’re all fuelled by the same needs: purpose, support, belief, and resilience.

That’s exactly what I saw in the room with Matt Bull’s group. Entrepreneurs who aren’t just building businesses but building lives, navigating change, overcoming setbacks, and holding on to their “why” when things get tough.

Getting Back Up Again and Again

My talk wasn’t just about climbing mountains, breaking records, or even running businesses. It was about finding meaning in the madness. It was about getting back up again and again when life tries to knock you down. Whether you’re battling market shifts or personal struggles, the message is the same: you are capable of more than you think.

Thank you, Matt, for the opportunity to share and connect. And thank you to everyone in the room who listened, laughed, nodded in agreement, and shared their own truths with me afterwards. Being an entrepreneur isn’t easy, but it is worth it. Especially when you know you’re not alone on the path.

Navigating My New Chapter

Right now, I’m navigating my own new course. It’s been a year since I sold See No Bounds, and I’ve stepped into fresh opportunities that continue to align with my passion for growth, inclusion, and impact. I’m currently building a powerful new partnership with Champions UK PLC, while also working closely with Red Umbrella and Carecoins, organisations committed to mental health, wellbeing, and sustainable business support.

These partnerships represent the next phase of my journey in entrepreneurial resilience and business transformation, supporting businesses not just to survive, but to thrive in a world where inclusion and wellbeing are core to success.

This new chapter feels both exciting and grounding. I’m back in the arena with a renewed sense of purpose, collaborating with people who share my drive to make meaningful change. It’s a reminder that every pivot opens up new possibilities and that the journey of an entrepreneur is constantly evolving, if you’re willing to grow with it.

I’m proud to continue contributing to the landscape of entrepreneurial resilience and business transformation, helping others navigate their path with purpose, passion, and perseverance.
