Creating a Motivational Video for ViaVita Health: Embracing Something Different

Creating a motivational video for ViaVita Health was a refreshing opportunity to share inspiration in a new way. The project allowed me to step outside the stage and explore how short, focused content can make a lasting impact.

A New Way to Share Motivation

Recently, I had the opportunity to create a motivational video for ViaVita Health, and it turned out to be an experience I truly enjoyed. As someone who spends much of their time delivering keynotes, running workshops, and standing on stage, this project gave me a refreshing chance to step into something a little different.

The Challenge of Short-Form Inspiration

The idea behind the video was simple but powerful, share a motivational message that could inspire, uplift, and resonate with people in a more concise and accessible way. Unlike a full-length keynote or an in-person event, this short video needed to have impact in just a few minutes. That challenge pushed me to think differently, condense my message, and really focus on the essence of motivation.

Why I Loved the Experience

What I loved most was how creative and dynamic the process felt. It reminded me that inspiration doesn’t always have to come from a stage or a large audience. Sometimes, it’s about creating a piece of content that someone can watch on their phone, during a break at work, or in a quiet moment when they need a boost.

Lessons in Adaptability

Working on the motivational video for ViaVita Health highlighted the importance of flexibility and adaptability in sharing motivational messages. Not every platform or audience is the same, and sometimes the most effective impact comes from trying something new. This experience was a reminder that motivation is not about the setting, it’s about the message and the connection it builds.

Looking Ahead

I walked away from this project energised and grateful. Doing something different stretched me as a speaker, and it also opened up new possibilities for how I can continue to share my story and inspire others.

I’m looking forward to exploring more projects like this in the future, and if this motivational video for ViaVita Health helps just one person feel motivated, then it was absolutely worth it.
